The Process

How a project unfolds

No mystery, no mood boards that go nowhere — here's exactly what working with Donna looks like.

1

We walk your home together

Two hours, room by room. You talk, Donna listens — what's working, what isn't, and what you wish each room felt like. She captures everything as you go, so nothing you say gets lost.

Kitchen — wants the island to feel like the heart of the room. Keep the blue-and-white vases. The window needs something soft.

2

Every word becomes the plan

That offhand comment about your grandmother's blue vases? Captured. Your walkthrough becomes a design brief for every room — the feel you asked for, the pieces you're keeping, the colors you never want to see again.

3

Your written plan arrives

Days later — not weeks — you have room-by-room recommendations: your palette, notes on your actual photos, and a quick win you can do this weekend. It's yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.

A quick-win note — swap the bulbs for warm-white for an instant, low-cost lift
Every report includes at least one free fix.
4

She searches everywhere, so you don't

With a sourcing tool built just for this studio, Donna searches thousands of retailers against your room's exact brief — every candidate scored for fit, with a plain-English reason why it belongs in your home. It's how beautiful stays affordable.

5

You approve every piece

Your proposal comes room by room: each piece, why it fits, what it costs, and a link to buy it — with a running total that respects your number. Nothing lands in your home that you didn't say yes to.
